After Silverstone, the Audi armada has strengthened his leading position at the World Endurance Championship by winning a full podium on the track of Spa-Francorchamps with the three cars in the order of their numbers.
Nevertheless Toyota did a great job, the TS030 #7 in 2013 version was on a par with the German cars in the first half of the race. Unfortunately, a problem on the hybrid system that caused overheating of the rear brakes forced to retire at mid-race. The car #8, still in the 2012 version, was logically less competitive and finished behind the three Audi.
Follow the two cars of the Rebellion Racing and the HPD of the Strakka Racing team.
In LMP2, the Oreca #49 of Pecom Racing took the first place of the category, followed by the Morgan #24 of the OAK Racing and the Zytek #38 of the Jota team.
